You simply can’t do away with cheese when you are in need of a perfect pizza. That’s why liked this easy to make yet delicious stuffed crust pizza. String cheese is the main ingredient that’s responsible the brilliant results.

Guys from Howdini team up with Pillsbury’s Lauren Chattman to come up with this pizza, which will give cheese lovers something to smile about. The stuffed crust pizza can be made at home and with this recipe, you can serve up to 8 people.

12-inch pan
2 cups of Italian cheese blend that’s shredded (8 Oz)
7 sticks of string cheese (1 Oz each)
24 slices of pepperoni (3.5-Oz package)
Pizza sauce (1/2 cup)
1 can of classic pizza crust that’s refrigerated (13.8 Oz)

Directions:
The oven is heated to 425 °F, the 12-inch pizza pan is greased or sprayed. The dough is unrolled and placed in the pan. From the center, the dough is pressed to the pan’s edge, it’s pressed up and extended over by one inch. String cheese is placed around inside the crust’s edge. The extended dough’s edge is folded over the cheese and pinched firmly to seal. The sauce is then spread over the dough evenly. Cheese blend and pepperoni are then topped. The baking continues for 12-16 minutes or up to when the crust’s color turns golden brown and the cheese at the center has melted. It’s then cut into wedges.
