She Was Mixing Borax and Dish Soap, Reason? What A Money Saving Project. I Can’t Wait!

There are many ways you can save money at home and making your own laundry detergent is one of them. This video below brings to you the inexpensive method that requires one to have some Arm & Hammer Super Washing Soda, a box containing 20 Mule Team Borax, cold water, warm water, a gallon jug and a blue Dawn dish detergent.

To begin with, one is supposed to measure ½ a cup of 20 Mule Team Borax and then add it into the gallon jug. The same step is repeated for the Dawn dish detergent and the Arm & Hammer Super Washing Soda. After those ingredients have been put into the jug, hot water (two cups) is added into it. So as to ensure they dissolve well, shaking the jug a little bit is encouraged. Then cold water is added into the jug until it’s filled up. While the cold water is being added, bubbling takes place and one should keep on adding the cold water until the water line is at the jug’s top. The final shake is then done and all is ready. With this simple project, you can save a lot of money in the long run when it’s regularly done.
