I don’t know what made me fall for potato fries. This has made me develop a craving concern of finding better ways of preparing potatoes. Although I am a lover of fries, I recently tried the baked ones.
The latest treat that I prepared for my friends made them stare at me with their mouths watering yearning for more. They definitely loved the way I whipped the treat.
Just with some bacon and a few of the sweet potatoes(if you like you can use the alternatives like cassava, common spuds, or what is available at that time). Good news is that this recipe requires just two steps to get you and everyone else yearning for more.
Surprisingly enough, the dish below took me approximately only 25 minutes or less to prepare it, and the most part of it has been left out for baking. Read carefully to find out how best you can fix this delicious dish.

You’ll need only two ingredients: sweet potatoes and a few bacon strips. We decided to use two potatoes, which made more than two servings.
First, slice up the sweet potatoes. The standard width should be that of your pinky finger.
But you can also prepare them in a variety of sizes, like we did.

Next, slice each bacon strip in half to make two thinner pieces.
Then, wrap each piece of bacon around a potato finger in a spiral pattern.
The grease on the bacon can make this a little tricky. If parts of the bacon come apart, don’t worry! When you’re just about done wrapping the bacon strips, preheat the oven to 420 degrees, for around 10 minutes.

After lining them on parchment paper, bake the potatoes for 15 minutes at 420 °F.
Afterward, broil for about 2 minutes, or until the top of the bacon is completely crispy.
And there you have it! You can get creative with the dipping sauces for the fries. We loved ketchup, honey, and barbecue sauce.
