The following are needed:
Raspberry and Pistachio
– Greek Vanilla yogurt (I cup)
– Raspberry puree (4 tablespoons)
– Agave or Maple syrup, pure honey (1 table spoon)
– Pistachios, chopped and toasted (3 table spoons)
Hazelnut, Banana and Chocolate

– One banana
– Hazelnuts, chopped and toasted (2 table spoons)
– Cocoa powder (3 tablespoons)
– Maple syrup, honey (1 table spoon)
– A cup of Greek vanilla yogurt
Jelly and Peanut Butter
– A cup of Greek vanilla yogurt
– Natural or your preferred peanut butter (4 table spoons)
– One tablespoon of pure honey, agave
– Strawberry jelly (2 table spoons)
– 2 tablespoons of strawberries, diced
