- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large pomegranate
- 1 continental cucumber, diced
- 1 cup roughly chopped flat leaf parsley
- 2 cups couscous
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 tablespoons lightly toasted sesame seeds
- 8 ounces (250 grams) cherry tomatoes, quartered

To proceed, you:
- Pour two cups of couscous and 2 cups of boiling water in a bowl and cover with a plastic bag and leave it for 5 minutes
- Fluff the couscous after 5 minutes using a fork
