Although I don’t love football, the football season is lovely to me because of the Tailgate parties, where the tailgate food is prepared.
Although it’s not the healthiest of cooking, but with prime ingredients like the bacon, cheese, and chips, plating the food on catches or sticks can’t be a problem.
If you’re a doubting Thomas, then we’re about to show you how wrong you are. It’s better to use ole sinking method for those foods that need to be soaked, like the baked types. But the problem with this is that most people prepare the same way.
It is better to prepare something that is different like a dip which has another preferred football treat and takes only 30 or less minutes to make.

First I gathered my simple ingredients: pre-made chicken, refried black beans, refried pinto beans, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, Buffalo chicken sauce, avocado, sour cream, and cilantro.

First I took my pre-cooked chicken, chopped it, and threw it in a mixing bowl.

Then I poured in two cups of buffalo chicken sauce.

I mixed the two together until the chicken was completely covered in the sauce.

After it was combined, I added a pinch of salt and pepper.

Once the chicken was prepped it was time to grease add my layers to my baking dish.

My first layer was refried black beans.

Next I added a layer of smooth, room temperature cream cheese.

Then I added a layer of refried pinto beans.

I topped that layer with the buffalo chicken.

And sprinkled it all with plenty of shredded cheese.

When I was done layering my dip, I popped it in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the cheese browns and gets bubbly on top.

While my dip baked, I prepped some avocado and cilantro.

And once it was done, I sprinkled both on top with a little sour cream.

Pair with a bowl of tortilla chips and prepare to see this delicious dip disappear in less than 10 minutes!

Believe me, it’s that good!
