Whenever you need a treat to please your guests with, then the no-bake eclair cake is what you need. It takes less time to prepare and it is so easy to prepare it. All you need is to watch the clip below.
Ingredients:
Cake layer:
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- instant vanilla pudding, 2 packages (3.4 oz each)
- whole milk (3 1/2 cups)
- graham crackers, 1 box (16 oz)

Chocolate Frosting:
- whole milk (3 Tbsp)
- Powdered sugar (1 ½ cups)
- salted butter, melted (3 Tbsp)
- unsweetened cocoa powder (3 Tbsp)
Procedure:
- The milk and the pudding are whisked together in a bowl until they are thickened (for about two minutes.) The Cool Whip is folded in.
- Spray some non-stick spray on a 9×13 baking pan. Then the pan’s bottom is lined with graham crackers (a single layer,) they have to be broken into small pieces so as to fit to the pan’s edges
- The pudding mixture (half) is spread evenly over the graham crackers’ bottom layer.
- Use a second layer of the graham crackers to top, followed by the pudding (the second half.)
- The graham crackers’ 3rd and final layer is then used to do the toping.
- Make the chocolate frosting by whisking the 3 Tbsp whole milk, melted butter, powdered sugar, and the cocoa powder together.
- Then it is spread well over the top of the 3rd later of graham crackers
- So as to ensure the graham crackers have softened before serving and the pudding has enough time to set up, refrigerate overnight
