I’m one of those who love taking lemons. Any time that I takeit, I feel satisfied. My grandmother had a reason when she called it a dessert for adults. She prepares a lemon pie just as a chief chef could do it. What I still don’t understand is that once I eat one of the pies, automatically am craving for another one! To me, this is the most adequate time to be enjoying yourself with the lemon pie since it is summer time! Get ready to learn how to make yourself something that will surely give you a perfect treat!
Here is what you require for the crust: 1¾ cups of flour, two thirds of a cup of confectioner’s sugar, a quarter of a cup of corn starch, a three quarters tablespoon salt, and twelve tablespoons of butter somewhat cooler than the room temperature.
For the filling you need: 4 lightly beaten eggs, one and a third cups of brown sugar, three table spoons of floor, two tablespoons of grated lemon zest, a three quarter cup of lemon juice extracted from four lemons, a third cup of whole milk, and an eighth tablespoon of salt.
After obtaining all the necessities, first heat the oven to 350 °F, smear the butter in a 13″ x 9″ dish then sprinkle flour on it.
In a blender, make a mixture of the flour, confectioner’s sugar, cornstarch, and salt till it obtains coarse texture and develop a pale yellow color.
Pour the mixture obtained in the baking dish and press it down evenly.
Freeze the crust for a half an hour then put it to bake for 20 minutes.
While baking, mix in a bowl the eggs, flour, and the brown sugar.

Stir the lemon juice together with milk, salt and the lemon zest.
After an half an hour, lower the temperature to 325 °F.
With the crust baked, pour the mixture on it and bake the pie for about 20 minutes, until the mixture gets strong.
Transfer the baking pan to a rack of wire for a half an hour to cool.
Sprinkle some of the confectioner’s sugar on it.
Cut it to preferred sizes, and prepare yourself to be treated well with the readymade pie.
I can assure you that it is a tasty one. What will become a concern is that once you make it, there will be no remains for a later munch, for all will be devoured without doubt, even if you make two of them.
