To do that, you need a few things: the spoons, some glue and a piece of cardboard(round-shaped). Just that!
From what she shows you, you don’t even have to do much. You just cut off the heads from the spoons and then use the glue to fix them onto the cardboard. Just make sure to have the spoons arranged on the board in a circle.
