Have you ever known that it is very easy to make the delicious flourless gluten-free muffins at your kitchen? Apart from being able to make them at home, they are very tasty and easy to prepare.

The ingredients are:

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 medium ripe banana, peeled
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • Salt

To proceed, you:

  • Spray the 24-cup mini-muffin tin with a non-stick spray.
  • Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  • Blend the egg, peanut butter, banana, salt, baking soda and vanilla in the blender until you obtain a puree.
  • Put aside some 2 Tbsp of mini chocolate chips for muffin dressing purposes and add the rest in the puree and stir.
  • Put 4 tbsp of batter to each of the mini-muffin tin chamber till you fill the 24 sections.
  • Top dress each muffin with the reserved 2 tablespoonful of mini chocolate chips.
  • Put in the oven to bake for 7-9 minutes until they turn brown in color at the edges.
  • Remove from oven and serve as you wish!
