How To Make A Delicious Spaghetti That Will Leave You Longing For More!

I love pasta, from spaghetti, macaroni, and many more.!

But the pasta I like the most is the spaghetti Carbonara. It simply has all the lovely ingredients like bacon, eggs, and cheese included. The reason why I never take it every day is because I have never known how to prepare it, untillrecently! The amazing fact with it is that you can prepare it for yourself or make it for a group of people, a come together in general. All you need is the following ingredients:

  • 1 lb. spaghetti.
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 8 slices of bacon, diced
  • 1 onion, cut into slices
  • 1 crushed fragment of garlic
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Procedure:

  • Put the spaghetti to cook till it is tender, then add 1 Tbsp. of olive oil.
  • Meanwhile, be preparing the Carbonara sauce.
  • Cook the bacon using the skillet way.
  • Before draining all the bacon fats from the skillet, Put 2 Tbsp. of bacon fat apart
  • cook the onion with 1 Tbsp. olive oil in the skillet
  • Pour garlic to the cooking onions and leave to cook for a minute.
  • Pour wine on top and leave it on fire for another minute.
  • Toss and warm the spaghetti in a cooking pan.
  • Break the eggs and put them on another bowl and mix, add it to the spaghetti and bacon mix. Remember to keep tossing the mixture while heating.
  • Pour the parmesan onto the mixture and keep tossing!
  • Add some sliced pieces of parsley and chafed cheese as accompaniment, and enjoy!
