Are you familiar with the “Taco Ring”? I have to confess that I had never heard about it until recently. Even though that was the case, I have always loved dishes that have the word “taco,” and that is why I was interested to check out the recipe below which was presented by I Heart Recipes. While checking, I discovered that the major ingredient in the recipe is the crescent rolls. You need the following:

• Crescent rolls (2 cans, 8 rolls per can)
• 2 sliced Roma tomatoes
• Iceberg lettuce, shredded (2 cups)
• 1 large avocado that is chopped
• Black olives (1/4 cup)
• Mexican cheese (2 cups)
• One yellow or white medium-sized onion, chopped
• Taco seasoning (1 tablespoon)
• Ground beef (1 pound)
