Marvelous Cheap Way Of Elaborating Homemade Ice Cream Cake Sandwich.

I consider pudding to be my best part of any food that I eat.

SinceI’m addicted to it, I have never rested in finding new dessert recipes, of which I admit that it is not an easy thing to do, especially if you are looking for those easy ones. As they say luck exists, I was fortunate to come across a simple recipe which deals with the making of a homemade cake of ice cream sandwiches. Immediately I knew that I had to try it out. My objective being sharing whatever that I had prepared with my friends, I decided to prepare the ice-cream cake at the office. I really faced difficulty in making my assistant workers leave me do my thing. Later they all congratulated me of the results I obtained. They all ate the cake in seconds and wished there could be more.

The ingredients for the preparation are: 24 ice cream sandwiches, 2 containers frosting, Candy for topping, and 6 brownies.

Due to its cheapness in making, I have some plans to make it again, but this time on some party!

To make this delicious ice cream sandwich cake, you’ll be able to use a lot of your own creativity. We used Neapolitan ice cream sandwiches, vanilla frosting, and M&Ms for topping, but you can easily switch those up!

Lay 6 brownies on a cake plate and cover the tops of them with a layer of frosting.

Lay 4 ice cream sandwiches along one side. Lay 2 more long ways. One of the ice cream sandwiches will be too long, so you can break the excess off. Each ice cream sandwich layer will use about 5 and 2/3 sandwiches. Use a knife to cut off the excess brownie.

 

 

Add a layer of frosting on top of the ice cream sandwiches.

Lay down a second layer of ice cream sandwiches.

Frost the second layer, add a third layer of ice cream sandwiches, and then frost that layer as well.

 

 

Lay down a fourth and final layer of ice cream sandwiches.

Now you get to frost your cake! If the ice cream is too melted, freeze the cake for a bit before applying the frosting.

Cover the cake with frosting completely and then decorate with sprinkles.

You can even use M&Ms like I did to decorate the base of the cake. And when I cut into it?

The results were beautiful and just begging to be tasted!
