As a pasta lover, missing some at my dinner table is almost impossible. So, when I watched this ridiculously easy way of making pasta at home, I was more than interested to try it out. You can watch the simple process of doing it and given that it requires a few ingredients to get the end product, it’s something any pasta lover can make at home. Pasta is pasta when it’s served fresh! Given that this video makes you learn how to have it fresh, it’s worth watching.

The versatility that’s associated with this technique makes it a great one. With this homemade pasta procedure, you have the freedom of implementing any cooking flair you adore. As revealed by The Kitchn, an extra flavor can be achieved by adding ingredients to the raw pasta dough. Some of the ideas to be considered include: color can be added by adding cocoa when a dessert pasta is needed or pureed beets can be an alternative, flavor variety can be achieved by adding herbs or saffron can be added to golden pasta.
