When I have some cauliflower in the house, I tend to favor this nice meal over most other things, so, more often than not, I find myself having it for a meal. But laziness is another factor that makes me want to prepare the cauliflower in the easiest way possible, so I might just throw it into a pot and get it boiling, or I can put it ina bag and steam it. Either way, it’s always delicious, but this new trick will make it all the tastier!

I must confess that I found this cool trick so much of a geniusmove. I really never thought of this, and you’re sure to find it most exciting too. After this, you’ll never want to cook your cauliflower in any other method.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Head Cauliflower
  • Olive oil (about 1/4 cup)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parmesan cheese, to taste
  • Balsamic vinegar, to taste

Sear the cauliflower on the stovetop (2-3 min. each side) then put them on a baking sheet roast at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Add some grated/microplaned parmesan cheese and a bit of balsamic vinegar, and put it in the oven for another 5 minutes.
