Most people in the world take bread for breakfast. But have you ever known that the bread has carbs which can be very dangerous if taken in excess? But don’t let this information worry you to quit taking bread, as there is a 3 ingredient recipe that is brought to us by Mind Over Munch, which can make carb less bread.

Ingredients needed are:
Cream cheese
Eggs
Baking powder.

To proceed, you:
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
Separate the egg white and the yolk and put them in different bowls.
To the egg yolks, add three table spoons of softened cream cheese and a pinch of salt then mix well to combine.
Add baking powder to the egg white and using a hand mixer whip it until it becomes fluffy.
Add the white egg mixture to the yolk mixture and whip well until it is cohesive.
Meanwhile keep lining some baking sheets with parchment paper.
Spray the parchment papers with a nonstick spray.
Using a spoon, scoop some mixture and place it on the parchment papers, make sure it becomes in circular shape.
Place them in the oven and leave to bake for 15-20 minutes till they turn into light golden brown in color.
Remove and leave them to cool down before eating them as you like!
