Is flipping food like a specialized chef a thing you can do? Yes, you can manage to do it. When you watch the way Chef John does it, you will discover this concept is simple and straight forward. This is something I will keep on doing again and again!

We see him throw cheese balls into some pan and goes on to share with us his motto… what a funny and relevant motto to have!

I must confess- I’m one of those novice cooks. Than means for me, throwing the food up when I need to pick the pan from the counter is common.  The food that flies everywhere has never impressed my friends. With this technique, the pan is able to be shifted back and forth at the cutting board’s top or counter with the food flipping. No mess is involved and it’s quite easy.

I’m already longing for these cheese balls. So appetizing!
