I bet that the life of a chef is very interesting, more especially when it comes to trying a number of recipes each and every day. In the world of today, many recipes have been invented which will either surprise or amaze you upon trying them. In the tutorial clip below posted on YouTube by Eating Well Magazine, we are going to learn on how to make baked parmesan tomatoes.
The ingredients needed are:
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 4 tomatoes, halved horizontally
- 4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Freshly-ground pepper, to taste

Procedure
- On a dish, place the four tomatoes which ate halved horizontally.
- Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese on top of the tomatoes
- On top of the parmesan cheese, add some fresh oregano
- Add some pinch of salt and pepper to taste
- On top of all this, sprinkle some olive oil on top.
- Put in the hot oven to bake for 15 minutes for them to be ready.
- Remove and serve as you desire!
