We all are used to tasting potatoes that are only baked once. Ever imagined how they will taste if baked twice? In the tutorial clip below, we will definitely learn how we can prepare the delicious Twice-Baked Potato Casserole.
The ingredients are:
- 6 baking potatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup milk, a little bit warm
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 5 green onions, well chopped
- Bacon

Procedure:
- Slice the already baked potatoes into a half and use a spoon to scoop the inner part from the peels.
- Add the salt, pepper, one cup of shredded cheese and softened butter to the scooped baked potatoes and mix them well with a mixer.
- Add one cup of warmed milk to the mixture and mix it again
- Now, put the half cup of sour cream into the mixture then followed by the green onions cut into small pieces (leave some for the topping purposes.) and mix.
- Transfer the mixture into a sizeable baking pan.
- Top the mixture with the remaining shredded cheese and the onions. Also you can add the cooked bacon on top.
- Put in oven and bake for 15 minutes at 3500 until all the cheese melts.
- Remove and leave to cool down before serving!
