You’re probably getting it all wrong. If you’re tempted to think of a Yorkshire pudding as some kind of dessert, just don’t. It’s a puffed cake that you can swallowwith the accompaniment of some gravy or smoked salmon. In fact, this pudding is nice for everybody!

• All-purpose flour – ¾ cup
• Vegetable oil
• 100 ml of milk
