Grant Thompson who is a renowned super savvy adventurer is well known for giving people helpful life hack ideas that are rare and unique. Some of his amazing videos range from setting up fire using a battery and gum wrappers to the mighty kiwi peeling within three seconds. You can clearly judge that this guy has always a way of surprising his audience.

Within this video, he proves to his audience that he can actually hack two soda bottles that are empty and still convert their caps to tiny containers that are water proof. It was hard for me to believe this until I came across this video.

In this video, he picks two soda bottles that are empty and displays off their caps so as to make the containers. He goes ahead to smoothen their edges using sand paper. He traced the edged parts of the caps into a key card of a hotel room, cuts the circles out and uses epoxy glue to stick it to the smoothed edge of a cap before adding the other cap on its top.

As simple as the procedure may seems, you won’t believe it that its end product is a perfect water proof container having two compartments you can use to safe keep items when out there.

Surprisingly, he further shows off another episode where he sticks together the twin caps by making use of hot glue to make a larger water proof container suitable for storing pills. The procedure seems quite easier though the end product aren`t that permanent as it would be when using epoxy.
