So you have a house, with lots of stuff. It could really weigh you down especially when the space is small.

There’re those Murphy beds which can be folded and hidden somewhere and pulled out for use in the hour of slumber, but there exists more ways of dealing with your furniture and interior home design that can save you a lot of the much needed space.

Take a scenario where you can pull out a drawer from a stair-case or own a chair that slides into the wall. What if you could use that full mirror as an ironing board? It sounds funny, but it’s possible and very effective in saving space.

Now, the costs of coming up with such interesting designs might be a little unwelcome, but that doesn’t mean you can’t do it by yourself.

This video shows how this can be done. We have MidnightXII, an Imgur user. MidnightXII and his wife love throwing out shows and entertaining people, but they only have a small space that can accommodate just six people. Instead of giving up and getting frustrated, the two lovers come up with a plan, and they end up with double the space!

The space was decorated and completed! They can now squeeze 12–15 guests comfortably, plus extras at the open end if they want. It’s a huge improvement over the original six their old table could hold.
